what funding sources do you accept?

ALL SERVICES:

• All services are currently billed as private pay only.

what is the COST FOR SERVICES?

1:1 SESSIONS & PARENT COACHING SERVICES:

• All services are currently billed at $150 per hour. Included in this rate is time spent with client, parent, caregiver, school, related service provider, and time spent writing reports and recommendations (with the exception of FBA and BIPs as dictated below.).

FBAs & BIPs

• FBAs are billed in a range of $1000-1500 depending on the severity of behavior(s) and complexity of the case

• BIPs are billed in a range of $200-800 depending on if it is completed in addition to a previously conducted FBA or if it is completed standalone based on record reviews and interviews

• It is essential that BIPs are accompanied by training for parents, caregivers, teachers, and other staff, along with regular check-ins to ensure the fidelity and effectiveness of the interventions. This would come at an additional cost.

what is the FBA/BIP process?

FBA:

• initial meeting (obtain diagnostic information and background)

• observation

• data collection

• interview

• data analysis and report writing (summary of hypothesized functions, recommendations, etc.)

BIP

• review FBA

• define behavior(s)

• report why the behavior is happening

• provide teaching, preventative, and reactive strategies
